I've finally finished all of the major tweaks to this website that I feel are necessary, and my contact list is organized at last. I'm now sending out my mass emails to get people caught up on what I've been up to, and direct them to this website... I created this website primarily for my own benefit, and letting other people read it is also mostly for my benefit. I recognize, though, that many of you who know me will be interested in periodically checking this site to get a quick idea of what is going on in my life. As such, I've started to focus on making those cursory scans of my content easier. Also along those lines, I have recently spent a considerable amount of time trying to balance ease of use with security in order to provide ways to receive notifications on updates to my site's content with both Web Feeds and emails.
I've written some easy to follow FAQs to explain the confusing things about my website, so please make use of those, (before giving up all together).
I've also made a list of all of my friends' blogs that I follow, though I'm certain that there are many of my friends whose blogs I don't know about. Please add your blog address with the link provided on the right side of my home page if you have one, so I can start reading it.
This website is version 1.5 because it runs on the same software and is very similar to my old site. I have big plans for the next version of this website that includes an entirely new look and different software. At this point I'm hoping to start focusing my energy on that site, rather than doing much to improve this one.
Note: Oh, and I fixed the “Remove Welcome” link for anyone who has registered and tried it and it didn't work
